Q: How can I start using the Web Services Portal? A: Taking advantage of the many features and benefits of Visualware Web Services is easy. First-time users should simply follow the instructions provided on the Service Portal page for the product of interest. The first time you attempt to run one of the available services, you may be prompted to log on with a user name and password. You will use the same credentials to log in each time. A: If you have any trouble accessing the Visualware Web Services Portal or registering for the service, simply send an email to services@visualware.com and we'll be happy to help. Q: How much does the Web Services Portal cost? A: Visualware is providing limited access to the Web Services Portal pages at no cost through our demo portals. Access to any service through the demo portals may be limited in functionality or usage. If you require access to services without functionality limitations or with higher usage levels, several subscription plans are available. If you have any questions, please submit a request form. Q: How can I subscribe to the Web Services Portal? A: You may subscribe online to any of the Visualware Service Portals. Once your order is submitted, an account will be set up for you. Details for accessing the account will be emailed to the licensed email address. Q: How is the Subscription plan billed? A: You may subscribe online for either monthly or annual billing. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions will automatically renew at the monthly/annual service price unless Subscriber cancels the account by contacting services@visualware.com or sends written notice that he or she does not want it to renew at least fifteen (15) days before the end of the month.
