Q: Can DesktopResponse check the response time of more than one URL?
A: DesktopResponse allows you to monitor any number of URLs or Web pages.  As an instrumented page is visited, its information will be recorded.  We do, however, ask that you limit your evaluation on our demo server to a single URL.  License and subscription plans are available if you would like to monitor more than one URL.

 
Q: How do I update a web page to be monitored by DesktopResponse?

A: The best way to do this is to refer to the How to Instrument a Page manual which provides an example and a brief description. 


Q: Can DesktopResponse monitor HTTPS in addition to HTTP?

A: Yes.  Submit a Support Request and we can assist you with this.

 
Q: How long is history data kept in the DesktopResponse database?
A: Detailed transaction data can be configured to be maintained for 1 to 30 days.  At five minute intervals, the detail data is rolled into a history database for reporting by location.
