DesktopResponse is designed to measure the exact time it takes for a web page to be received by a customer anywhere in the world, capturing actual service level information in real-time. Now, you can report on real customer service level details and see how geography and carrier networks impact the services you deliver.
To view actual visitor data for pages being monitored by the DesktopResponse Demo Server, click on any of the "View..." menu items at left. For example, to view the health of Internet application service delivery around the world, click on "View World Response."
If you would like to have DesktopResponse monitor one of your own pages, click on the menu item "Instrument a Page" to see how easy it is to have your web page report actual customer service level data to DesktopResponse. (Note: Subscribers to the DesktopResponse Services receive a dedicated DesktopResponse server.)
