Welcome to the DesktopPerspective Web Services Demo Portal!
DesktopPerspective is designed to trace between any two network devices. For example, you could conduct a trace from a remote desktop (i.e., customer, vendor, associate, etc.) location to any application service such as a web site. This helps you discover problems in the network as well as the Internet that may be unique to a particular connection.
For purposes of demonstrating DesktopPerspective, we have provided two methods to perform the demonstration. Select either of the demo options below to get started:
Use the Connectivity Portal to conduct a trace between any two points on the Internet via an easy to use form. Use the Support Portal to conduct a trace from a remote desktop and view the results within the browser.
