| To resolve a problem
originating from a remote desktop location:

| Step 1: |
Have the
Remote User download the Remote
Trace Agent and run it on their desktop; they must provide you with
a secure Session ID.
Email the link to the Remote User. |
| Step 2: |
Enter the unique
Session ID in the application text box below and
click OK. You can also conduct a trace from
the DesktopPerspective server by clicking on Trace From
Server. |
| Step 3: |
By
default, the Remote User's name will appear in the Choose
User drop-down. Enter the application server (destination) address in the Enter Host/URL text box and press your
Enter key to begin a trace from the Remote User's location
to the application server. Results will be displayed in the Routing Table and World
Map. |
