The configuration of a customer's Windows desktop environment is a major cause of poor performance and poor connectivity and is one of the hardest problem areas to resolve quickly. DesktopAnalyzer is part of the Visualware Support Automation Suite that is targeted at resolving problems that occur in the customer's desktop computer that impact the application service.
DesktopAnalyzer provides a means to validate that the customer's desktop environment is configured and performing correctly to support the application being served. To perform a test using DesktopAnalyzer, simply select a test after clicking on "Start a Test" from the menu.
