By using our Demonstration Portal, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use:
- Evaluation: The purpose of our service is to provide a
demonstration of Visualware software and services for your evaluation. Use of our service
for any other purpose (e.g., commercial gain) is not permitted.
- Proper Use: If we discover that you have used our service to harass
a third party, or any other type of improper activity, detailed usage
information will be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
- Audited: Your activity on our server is being logged. Any improper
use of our service will be recorded.
- Non-Anonymous: When you initiate a trace route into the Internet,
your true identity is included with every ICMP echo packet probe sent out
into the Internet. Your true identity is not masked or hidden by using our
service.
- Liability: It is also, understood and agreed that Visualware shall
not be liable, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation,
in contract or tort
(including, without limitation, negligence) for or in respect of any
consequential, indirect,
incidental or special damage sustained by any user of this portal, including,
without limitation, any lost data or loss of profits, use or goodwill, whether
arising out of or in connection with the use of this portal, even if so
advised of the possibility of such damages, or loss.
- Modification: Visualware may change these terms of use from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms of use and your continued use of our service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
